The Process
When it comes to starting any project, having a plan is the most important part of achieving success. The same goes for how we approach organizing your space!
Consultation
No matter what package you select, we start every project with a free 30 minute consultation to get to know you and your needs better. This assures we’re the right team for your project. Each consultation includes:
Introductions
Going through a series of questions to address:
Description of the space you need us to help you with
Any pain points you might have (i.e., budget, space limitations, any road blocks)
What success looks like for you (what you’d like your space to look like once completed)
Summary of consultation (post-consultation)
Initial consultations are free and conducted virtually.
Initial Walk-through
After a completed consultation with us, we’ll schedule an in-person or virtual walk-through and planning session. It’s important for us to take a close look at your space to better understand how best to assist you. During this phase of the process, our goal is to understand:
the size of your space
the items in your space
The following activities take place during this phase:
Declutter activities (if needed)
Categorizing
Development of shopping list (if purchases are needed)
Initial walk-throughs are done for the DIY and Takeover packages and can be done in-person or virtual.
Proposal
For all our packages, we’ll provide a Client Action Proposal that includes all the details you need to know about how we will go about taking great care of your space and making it look amazing! The proposal includes:
Summary of project
Before pictures of your space
Mood board and/ or rendering of what your completed space will look like
Shopping List
Schedule/ timeline of project
Proposed budget
Content within the proposal varies depending on the project and selected package.
Let’s Get to Work!
For every project, we provide Contract of Agreement which will detail every part part of the project. Once the contract is signed and the agreed upon deposit is submitted, my team and I will be ready to work and make your space great!
